Shipping and Returns
1. General Information
This Shipping and Returns Policy explains how we handle delivery of orders, shipping costs, delivery times and options for returning or exchanging products purchased through the Kolofogo online store.
This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We currently ship orders within European Union (EU), USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Available shipping methods and their prices are displayed during checkout before the order is completed. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight or size of the order.
For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT where applicable.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We usually dispatch in-stock products within 2 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Other countries: delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier
These delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Checking the Parcel on Delivery
When receiving the parcel, the customer should check that the packaging is not visibly damaged.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the shipment or asking the carrier to record the damage in the delivery report.
If the product appears damaged after opening the parcel, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and the product.
6. Returns and Exchanges
If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To request a return, please contact us at service@redfleck.cz and include the order number and a short description of the reason for the return.
The returned product must be sent back without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
After receiving the returned goods, or proof that they have been sent back, we will refund the relevant amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
7. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products should be clean, complete and undamaged, preferably in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the returned goods show signs of excessive use, missing parts or damage, the refund may be reasonably reduced accordingly.
8. Exceptions to Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.
The right of withdrawal may also not apply in other cases specified by applicable law.
9. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a defective product or an incorrect item, they should contact us immediately at info@redfleck.cz and include the order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs.
In such cases, we will assess the situation individually and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.
